Of course, an accident can always happen!
If any damage occurred to 1 of the headphones during the rental, please let us know. We will try to repair the headphones ourselves. Is something broken because of wear and tear Of course we will not charge you for this. If something is broken that has nothing to do with wear and tear, the repair costs can amount to a maximum of €40,- per headphone. If a transmitter is broken, the costs can amount to €60.
If you have rented an adapter cable that is lost/broken, we will charge €8.
Do we discover (without mention from your side) while checking that headphones are broken we will immediately be charged €40 per headphone.
