Our equipment is very easy to connect. On our site is a manual available and this can also be found in the case in which we deliver the headphones. If you still can't find it? Please feel free to contact us.

The headphones can receive 3 channels. When renting the headphones, 1, 2 or 3 transmitters are included. These transmit the different music channels. During the ordering process it is possible to choose how many transmitters you want to order along.

Each transmitter has an input for an audio source. 

We supply 2 connection cables per transmitter as standard. From RCA to jack, and from RCA to RCA, we also supply free reducers included to USB-C and iPhone. This allows mobiles, tablets, laptops and other audio devices to be connected.

We also supply adapter cables for the iPhone and USB-C.

We deliver the headphones fully charged. The battery life is about 10 hours, which is plenty of time to throw a great party!

Our standard transmitter (TX-50RF) has only 1 audio input. If you want to use an audio source and a microphone you can use our portable transmitters (TX-60RF). During the ordering process you can include a simple headset microphone for rent. 

If you would like to rent wireless microphones with us, you can ven contact us.  

The headphones have an on and off button, a button to switch between the 3 channels and a volume knob. 

We like to receive the headphones back as soon as possible so we can clean, recharge and rent them again. If you have chosen pickup then the packing slip will also tell you when you can return them (usually Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday between 09:00 and 17:00). 

If you have opted for shipping, you have also received a return label. The box of headphones can be dropped off at a PostNL point or given to a PostNL letter carrier.

The headphones are adjustable. The headphones fit children as young as 4 years old. With our silent disco headphones you will create a party for young and old!

If you are going to use the Silent Disco with young children pay very close attention to the volume of your mobile, tablet or laptop. Make sure it's not too loud!

Headphones are rented by default for a few days. You can also often pick them up early and return them a few days after your party. If you want to use the headphones several times during the rental period, you can choose to rent chargers. If you would like to rent headphones for several weeks that is of course also possible, just take contact with us! 

We deliver the headphones in a wooden box. The lid of the crate contains instructions for connecting the headphones.

If you plan to organize something with headphones monthly, for example, we can make a special price. Take contact with us for the possibilities.

Please let us know if any headphones stop working. The batteries may no longer work due to wear and tear. If headphones are broken that is not due to wear and tear, repair costs will be charged.

When renting headphones, we always send some spare headphones along as well.

The TX-50RF transmitters have 2 settings. Low and High (found on the back of the transmitters). On Low, the transmitters have about 200m range, this is a good option for an indoor party, for example. On the High option, the transmitters have a range of 500m, this option is perfect for an outdoor party!

The portable TX-60RF transmitters do not have Low and High settings, these transmitters have about 200 meters range

Shipping costs 20 euros. The costs are so high because we create a shipping label with which we send the headphones your way. The box also contains a return label with which you can easily return the headphones.

So the 20,- includes shipping there and back.

You can find us at Rotterdamseweg 370A10 in Delft. If you want to pick up the headphones, please make an appointment by mail or phone. We are not present every day 😉

Is a headphone broken which is not due to wear and tear and also beyond repair? Then we charge 40,- euro. If you have lost a headphone, we charge 50,- euro.

The transmitters operate on a radio frequency, therefore there is no limit To the number of listeners! 

We do not work with Deposit. You pay the amount stated in our quotation. If you agree, you will receive an invoice. If you pay the invoice then the headphones are reserved for you!

During the application process we always first check whether we have enough headphones available. When we send a confirmation, you will also receive an email with a payment link. As soon as you pay, the headphones are reserved for you!
