You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return the product. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

When delivering our services, the consumer has the option of dissolving the agreement without giving reasons for at least 14 days, starting on the day of entering into the agreement.
