Rules of the game
Rent
With us you do not pay a deposit.
After a booking we check whether the headphones are still available. If so, you will receive an email from us with an invoice and a payment request. Once the invoice has been paid, the headphones are reserved!
Check your order
Even though we work like a well-oiled machine, packing remains a human job. We carefully check the contents of the crate(s) containing your order and write this on the packing slip. Also check the content yourself before using the headphones and equipment. Are you missing something? Let us know. Then we look for a solution.
Damage
Are your headphones broken? Let us know! We will not charge anything for damage due to wear and tear. If there is damage that has nothing to do with wear and tear, repair costs of up to a maximum of €40 per headset and a maximum of €60 per transmitter will be charged.
Cancel
Free cancellation up to 4 days before the rental date.
We often prepare the headphones for you a few days in advance. Do you want the booking 4 days or less before the rental date? Cancel we charge 20% because we have had work done on it.
