How does a silent disco work?

At a silent disco, each guest is given wireless headphones. These headphones are connected to one or more channels which transmit the music wirelessly. The user can control the volume as well as switch between different channels. For example, you can listen to pop on channel 1, dance on channel 2 and guilty pleasures on channel 3.

The term silent disco literally means "silent disco. From the outside, it looks like people are dancing in silence, but as soon as you put on the headphones, you step into a completely different world. You experience the music in a personal way, without disturbing the surroundings.
